Ryan Doherty
Co-Owner

Playing Experience: 

  • 2016 Graduate of Chelmsford High School. Was a 3 year letter winner. 

  • Was voted team Captain as a Senior. 

 

Coaching Experience:

  • Multiple years of AAU coaching experience at the 11u-14u Levels.

  • Director of LionHearted Baseball Player Development Camps and Clinics.

  • Multiple years as private instructor from ages 8-18 specializing in all facets of the game. 

  • Currently an Assistant Coach for the Chelmsford High School Junior Varsity Baseball Team.

Playing experience: 

  • 2011 Graduate of Chelmsford High School. 2 year letter winner and starting infielder for the Lions.

  • Postgraduate year at Bridgton Academy as part of the class of 2012. A season in which the Wolverines set a then program record for wins.

  • Competed Collegiately for the Assumption University Greyhounds from 2013-2016. A regular in the lineup for the Hounds starting in over 100 career games.

 Coaching Experience: 

  • Has spent time coaching in AAU programs at the 13u-15u levels.

  • High School and Collegiate coaching experience. 

  • Spent 2 seasons as Head Coach of North Chelmsford Post 313 Legion baseball team. 

  • Instructor for Lion Hearted Baseball Player Development and Clinics

  • Currently an Assistant Coach for the Chelmsford High School Varsity Baseball team.

Derek Adamson
Co-Owner

Playing Experience: 

  • 2016 Graduate of Chelmsford High School. 3 year letter winner and spent time as the team's Catcher and 1st baseman.

  • Attended and played Collegiately at Assumption University from 2017-2021. Was a 3 year Captain for the Hounds. 

  • Was named Northeast-10 3rd Team All-Conference in 2021.

  • Competed in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League for the Worcester Bravehearts (2017-2019) and Top Speed Baseball in the Golden State Collegiate League.

  • AAU Coaching experience at the 14u-17u levels. 

  • Has spent time as a private hitting and catching instructor.

  • Has worked clinics at GameTime Sports and Fitness since 2014 and currently assists with LionHearted Baseball. 

  • Currently an Assistant Coach for the Chelmsford High School Varsity baseball team.

Jared BresCia

  • 2016 graduate of Exeter High School in Exeter, NH and was voted 1st-Team All-State senior year

  • 5-year starter at Assumption University from 2017-2021 where he played 2nd base

  • Voted to NE-10 All-Rookie Team his Freshman campaign, while also earning All-Worcester honors

  • Team captain for the Hounds his Senior and Graduate years

  • Played collegiate summer ball for the Winnipesaukee Muskrats of the NECBL, as well as the Nashua Silver Knights of the FCBL

 

 Coaching Experience: 

  • Served as Director of Baseball Operations with a focus on player development for NEB NH under owner and former Red Sox hitting coach, Mike Montville

  • Co-lead hitting development programs for players ages 9-17, focusing on biomechanics and advanced hitting drills

  • Coached fundamentals of infield and outfield to all ages

  • Head coach of NEB NH 12u as well as 16u

  • 1979-1984 Played Professional Baseball . Ascending from Rookie Level to AAA.

  • 1984-1994 Hired as Assistant to Major League Staff.

  • 1995-1996 Assigned as a Minor League Pitching Coach- Battle Creek in the Midwest League.

  • 1997-2000 Requested Back as Batting Practice Pitcher by then Manager Jimmy Williams.

 

Cincinnati Reds / Tampa Bay Rays 2001-2017

  • 2001-2017- Minor League Pitching Coach​

  • Teaching Pitching Techniques to Young Professional Pitchers.

  • Hands on Teaching and Development of skills with a Diverse Group of Professionals.

  • Responsible for: Organizing Dally Work Outs, Teaching Team Fundamentals

Kevin Gately
InstruCtor

  • Kevin has coached at all levels of baseball.  He has coached at the collegiate level for 12 years at Northeastern University, Holy Cross, and UMass-Lowell.​

  • He was also involved with Lightning Baseball of New England and the Seacoast Thunder Baseball program.​

  • Kevin is a graduate of Northeastern University and was the starting shortstop for NU from 1991-1994.​

  • During those years, the Huskies set the record of most wins by the program twice, 35 in 1991 and 35 in 1994.​

  • Gately captained the 1994 team that won the America East Conference, earning a bid to the program's first NCAA Regional Tournament since 1960.
